Bookings
Payment is required in advance of all classes/treatments. Your service is not confirmed until full payment is made.

Cancellations & Refunds 1 - 1 Therapies, Treatments and Group Classes
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for rescheduling of a therapy or group class.
If for any reason you decide to cancel less than 48 hours prior, the full fee will be retained.
If you confirm the cancellation 48 hours or more before a booked therapy or class is due to take place, you can transfer the value to an alternative session.
If you do not turn up to your booked therapy or class you are not eligible for a refund.
The door will be locked 2 minutes before the group class is scheduled to start, if you arrive after this time entry will not be permitted in order to avoid any disruption to the group.
On the rare occasion of a session being cancelled by White Harmony Studio, you will be offered either a full refund, or the opportunity to transfer to another suitable day.
If you are late to a 1 - 1 therapy/treatment I will endeavor to provide the full treatment if it is possible to do so, however, time will not be made up if this impacts other booked treatments that day.
Cancellations or studio closure due to extreme weather conditions, fire evacuation or any other unforeseen circumstances will not be refunded but best endeavors will be made to provide an alternative service.
Refunds and exchanges for retail purchases made in the studio will be made in the event of the goods being faulty. Our refund and returns policy for any faulty studio purchases lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Memberships
If you are a monthly member, you will be billed on the same day every month from your first registration date. You will receive a 14 day cooling off period in which you can cancel your membership minus the value of attended classes (if applicable).
If you are a monthly member, we require 30 days notice of your cancellation after the minimum 3 month term.
The studio timetable is subject to regular changes which does not give the right to cancel memberships within the first 3 months.
Memberships must be paid on time in full each month in order to access the membership benefits. Bookings won't be accepted if membership payments fail.

Events and Retreats
The scheduling of an event/retreat provides for limited spaces and often involves third party practitioners and service providers. Refunds are not given for events/retreats which fall outside of the regular monthly schedule. If you are able to give 48 hours notice, you will be able to transfer 50% of the fee to another event/retreat where there is space to do so.
If you do not turn up to your booked event/retreat, you are not eligible for a refund.
If for any reason you decide to cancel less than 48 hours prior, the full fee will be retained.
If you are provided with any materials, whether digital or printed, any intellectual property in those materials belongs to White Harmony Studio and unless agreed in writing otherwise you can only use those materials for your own personal use and you may not share them with third parties.

Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months.
Gift vouchers have no monetary value and are non-refundable.
Gift vouchers will not be extended past their valid date unless the studio is fully booked, in this case the voucher can be used at the next available treatment time.
In the event that White Harmony Studio needs to cancel the appointment for any reason, your appointment will be rescheduled and not refunded.
You must bring your voucher to the appointment you have booked which will be retained by White Harmony Studio.
Once a gift voucher has been bought and gifted, the contract sits wholly with the recipient of the gift voucher and not the purchaser. It is the responsibility of the person using the gift voucher, to book and manage their treatment and all communications will remain between the gift card recipient and me as the therapist.
Gift vouchers cannot be resold or transferred to another person.
White Harmony Studio is not responsible if any gift vouchers get destroyed, lost or stolen.
If a purchase exceeds the redeemers gift voucher balance, the remaining amount must be paid with another payment method.
Health and Wellbeing Waiver
You understand that you are participating voluntarily in our classes, treatments and events. By booking a treatment, class or event you are agreeing to take full responsibility for your health and wellbeing. If you are pregnant, could potentially be pregnant, or you are post-natal, you understand the risks involved for yourself and the child if you participate in our classes/events and that some studio services are not suitable during pregnancy or if you are affected by some heart conditions or severe un managed mental health conditions.
If you are currently receiving treatment from a doctor or other healthcare professional, by entering into this agreement you confirm that you have consulted with this person regarding the advisability of engaging in alternative therapies and they support your decision to attend.
At the Studio you will be offered various holistic wellbeing services. It is entirely your responsibility to listen to your body and make sure your practice remains within your physical and emotional capability. Well-being is not competitive and listening to your body and the extent to which it is available for the various workshops is essential. White Harmony Studio is not able to accept any responsibility for any damage or loss you may suffer as a result of your pushing your body beyond its limits.

By participating in any services provided by White Harmony Studio you agree that you do so at your own risk, are voluntarily participating in these activities, assume all risk of injury to yourself and agree to release and discharge White Harmony Studio and any contracted practitioners, from any and all claims or causes of action, known or unknown.
Retail Refunds
Refunds take up to 10 working days. If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again.
Then contact your bank or credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact the Studio for assistance.
Only retail items which are faulty may be refunded.

Personal Possessions
You understand and agree that the White Harmony Studio will not be responsible for any loss or damage to your personal effects, property or vehicles during our classes/events.

Consent to Film/Photography
In order for us to advertise our classes/events, we may on occasion take videos or photos. You hereby consent that you give permission for us to do this. If you do not wish for any photos/videos to be taken please inform the Studio at the time of booking.

If you book any White Harmony Studio services you agree to be legally bound by this Studio Policy. You also agree to be legally bound by the website terms of use and Privacy Policy.

White Harmony Studio reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time, at my discretion.
