  • How can I book?
    Booking with White Harmony Studio is simple and convenient. Navigate to the "Book Online" page. Here, you can select the type of class/ treatment that best fits your needs, view availability, and choose a time slot that works for you. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with all the necessary details. If you have any questions or need assistance during the booking process, please do not hesitate to contact me through the contact information provided on our website.
  • Is there parking?
    There is ample, free off street parking surrounding the studio. There is also Blue Badge parking bays directly outside of the studio.
  • What should I wear/ bring?
    Please dress comfortably for your session at the studio, maybe bring an extra layer and socks as it is normal for your body temperature to fluctuate during the treatments. For Yoga sessions, please wear appropriate, comfortable clothing which best supports your practice and does not restrict movement. We provide blankets, cushions, yoga mats, eye pillows and blocks however, if you would like to bring your own comforts, please feel free. Complimentary herbal tea and water is provided however, you are encouraged to hydrate well after a visit to the studio.
  • Can I attend with limited mobility?
    Please refer to the Health and Wellbeing Waiver in the policies section and ensure your practice stays within your physical and emotional capabilities. Lying/ sitting on the floor on a yoga style mat and cushion is how studio sessions will be set up however, if you are not comfortable lying or sitting on the floor please contact me to discuss other options. Tailored Harmony sessions will be conducted on a raised treatment bed. The studio benefits from blue badge parking directly outside however, please note that there are two steps upon entering to access the studio area.
  • Can anyone attend a session?
    We cannot accept you to take part in a studio session if any of the following apply to you: - If you have epilepsy or had a seizure in the last 3 months. - If you have a pacemaker or a heart condition. - You are pregnant (excluding meditation and breath sessions) - If you have UNMANAGED severe mental health issues. Including, but not limited to: bi-polar, schizophrenia, complex trauma, psychosis. - If you are under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs. - If you suffer from any conditions that could be triggered by sound.
  • What if I need to cancel?
    To find the studio cancellation policy please navigate to the "Policies" page. This section provides details on the terms and conditions regarding appointment cancellations, including timeframes, fees, and procedures.
  • What is a Tailored Harmony Session?
    This is a fully customised, one to one session which is designed to work with your individual circumstances on a more personalised level, to help you to feel balanced and restored. The appointment includes consultation time to discuss your needs and help you get the most from your private treatment. To help me plan, please advise on the booking page which treatments you would like to incorporate in your personal session. If you are not sure or need some guidance selecting the right treatment for you please advise me what you are looking to improve on, or what emotion brought you to the studio. The appointment duration also includes time for reflection at the end and a hot drink to help you ease back into the day.
